Joseph R. Beretta - President and CFO
Having worked at RGB since 1973, Joe has led the firm as president since 1997. His expertise in management and reporting ensure that we remain accountable to clients' bottom lines.
David DeQuattro, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, MCPPO - Managing Principal
David is one of the foremost architects to the region's commercial building industry. A leader for the firm, David brings knowledge and expertise in designing new buildings as well as in evaluating and optimizing existing buildings. Developers and building owners seek David for his insights and understanding of technical needs. During a design career spanning 27 years, including 24 with RGB, he has seen the firm expand rapidly throughout New England. His role as Managing Principal is multifaceted. He leads design and execution of a variety of projects across multiple practice areas, and continuously challenges and guides professional teams to provide excellence in every project.
The spectrum of his experience spans base building design, corporate, retail, hospitality, municipal, and academic projects. David holds a bachelor's degree from Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI. He is NCARB-registered as an architect, is a LEED-Accredited Professional, and sits on the Rhode Island Architectural Registration Board. David also serves as Chairman of the House Committee of the University Club in Providence, RI. He recently completed the Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official (MCPPO) program for School Project Designers and Owner's Project Managers.
John Racine, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, MCPPO - Associate Principal
John has a diverse portfolio of complex transportation, commercial, and industrial projects completed over his 15-year career. He has also played a critical role in several housing projects. John joined RGB in 2007 following eight years at Baker/Wohl Architects. At RGB, John served as project architect for the RIPTA Para-Transit Facility and the National Grid Westboro Operations relocation. John was owner's representative for the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Community Center and First Light Resort & Casino.
Jason Iacobucci, AIA, NCARB - Principal
Jason joined RGB in 2015 as a registered architect and experienced construction project manager. A former project management principal of Solus4 LLC and vice president of Taurean Construction Management, Jason brings a unique set of skills and experience. Using these, Jason leads clients from early conceptual design through full design processes. His advanced knowledge of the construction process, of building systems, and of materials and methods available to the industry results from his on-site experience managing the construction trades.
Tracey Donnelly, AIA - Associate Principal
Tracey leads healthcare projects as well as academic projects. With 28 years of experience, Tracey's depth and ability to forge strong relationships with clients is part of RGB's reputation as a top multi-disciplinary design firm in New England.
Andrew Barkley, Assoc. AIA, M.Arch, ALEP - Associate Principal
Andrew brings over 25 years of architectural experience to RGB, ranging from award-winning design achievements to technical specialization. He has recently focused on institutional projects for numerous schools and residence halls. As a building designer and envelope specialist he has worked in the historic rehabilitation of prominent buildings. Andrew is an Accredited Learning Environment Planner and works with schools in planning and programming.
Jeffrey Hatcher, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP - Quality Control
Jeff is a highly experienced architect practicing since 1987. His eye for detail and knowledge of code are applied to internal quality control. Jeff performs forensic analysis and has served as an expert witness.
