The Villages on Mount Hope Bay offer active adults 55 and over a combination of spectacular views, elegant design features and luxurious amenities unsurpassed by any residential community in Eastern New England. RGB took this two-phase, $24 million project from programming through construction.

The community sits on 96 acres and offers upscale, maintenance-free one- and two-bedroom multi-level units. Many of the 90 townhouses and condominiums offer unrestricted water views. Other features include private decks, a 10,000 square foot clubhouse, outdoor pool, recreation center, beach club, and three-quarter mile nature trail.

Some sustainable design features include ENERGY STAR products, insulated glass, and incorporation of updated energy code.
