Smithfield Fire Station
Smithfield, RI
RGB designed a proposed $4.8 million fire station for the Town of Smithfield to aid in the Town effort at gaining bond approval and support. The planned station was to replace a station built in the 1930s which was identified as undersized and in need of renovations to bring into repair as well as to current operational standards. The design incorporated 12,000 square feet with drive-thru bays and an emergency 911 center. RGB also assisted the Town department in programming and cost analysis.
