Saint Mary Bay View Academy Science Center

Planning for the 21st century, Bay View Academy commissioned RGB to analyze their existing campus infrastructure and to produce a master plan that addresses current and future needs. RGB examined the school's science, technology, and auditorium spaces and delivered a cost and needs based analysis. Phase I added a modern entrance and elevator to the science building with a construction budget of $700,000. Renovation and re-design of the science and technology wing was to comprise Phase II.
