Roger Williams University Grabelli School of Business requested renovations to create an experiential learning area and adjacent lounge areas. The experiential learning area is a large conference and media room; notably this provides students with live trading stations and Bloomberg news terminals. Students use these to exercise use of professional financial trading platforms, while trading with real funds. The renovation project also included renovations to adjacent lounge areas. The RGB team reconfigured the building's first floor plan to accommodate both of these space requirements, which was not feasible under the prior two-corridor layout. The team designed for a new central corridor. Refreshed finishes were also included as part of the project in classrooms and faculty offices on upper levels of the building.
