Rhode Island Hospital Medical Mall

The Medical Mall, a joint development of Rhode Island Hospital and Women & Infants Hospital, set a new paradigm for healthcare service delivery. RGB completed a master plan and then designed the $40 million medical mall. The 200,000 square foot Cooperative Care Center included eight ambulatory surgery operating rooms and a 120,600 square foot medical office building.

The Medical Mall was completed in 1994. RGB has since continued to provide tenant fitout and interior design services to offices located within.
