Rhode Island College Residence Hall

RGB was commissioned by Rhode Island College and the State of Rhode Island to design a new 367-bed 124,900 gross square foot residence hall. The $28 million project, which marked the first new residence hall facility on the college campus in 15 years, was completed in August 2007. The hall offers students and administration recreation, study and office space. Units accommodate four students each in single and double bedroom occupancy apartments, some with kitchens and common in-room living space. The project is LEED certified.
