RGB and SCHRADERgroup are currently conducting predesign services and feasibility study for a new State-level Emergency Operations Center and Headquarters for RIEMA, the State’s coordinating agency for all emergencies. As well as housing RIEM’s headquarters, the planned facility is to accomodate over 300 people from various agencies during an event.

The project includes site evaluation and selection, programming, schematic design, FF&E and technology, LEED planning, scheduling, and cost estimating. The plan is in line with FEMA, DHS, and State and local requirements and will incorporate security design considerations.
