One Citizens Plaza

One Citizens Plaza served as a flagship for construction within Providence’s Capital Center district when it was completed in 1989. The 13-story, 243,000 square foot building located on 6 acres at the confluence of the Moshassuck and Woonasquatucket Rivers is a focal point of this urban development district. The triangular footprint echoes the paths of the two relocated rivers.

One Citizens Plaza contains office and retail space. Since completion of the original design, RGB has provided interior design and tenant fit-out design services to numerous tenants in this building, including the law offices of Adler Pollock & Sheehan and Nixon Peabody. RGB has also served the property manager, MPM Properties in projects related to updated fire code and environmental permitting services.
