Offices at 50 Jordan

East Providence, Rhode Island

RGB designed two new entry canopies and renovated the existing lobby at the Offices at 50 Jordan Street in East Providence, Rhode Island. The existing building was built in the late 1970s and had experienced no significant updates.

The chosen form gave the complex a new and recognizable identity. The entry canopies complement the existing building, and take shape from the inward triangular corners at both entry points. With the address backlit in bold letters, the updated identity is clearly defined and made more memorable.

Undulating wood panels line the renovated lobby, culminating at a communicating stair where wood paneling is expressed in a sculptural manner.

The building presently occupied by Equity National Title and Embrace Home Loans; RGB provided also interiors and tenant fitup services.
