RGB was commissioned to design and prepare planning and renderings for a mixed use development. The proposed development consists of 300,000 square feet of retail, 26,000 square feet of residential condominiums, 630,000 square feet of residential high rise, 900,000 square feet of commercial office space, and a 350 bed hotel and conference center.

18 acres of developable land fulfills the area need within the island limits. The design is captured by various elements of the surroundings, but differentiates itself from other mixed use developments with its relationship of pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Spaces for pedestrian resting areas and meeting places as well as bus stop off places are thoughtfully considered. This modern lifestyle center also utilizes office components and towers as elements which will retain commercial and retail clients alike.
