LIUNA Headquarters

Pomfret, Connecticut

RGB designed the $7 million LIUNA - AGC Education and Training Fund Headquarters facility. The building was located in close vicinity to the Laborers New England Training Trust Fund. The facility comprises 19,500 square feet on two stories and includes a conference/training center, executive suite, and administrative offices. Building features included energy-efficient building systems and low-emitting materials. Vehicular parking was also addressed in the project.
