Planned for T.F. Green Airport development zone on Jefferson Boulevard in Warwick, the Intermodal Business Center of Rhode Island is designed to be a 750,000 square foot complex comprised of office, hotel, and retail spaces. The development will bring an urban scaled, Roman-inspired architecture to the area.

Pedestrian scaled and finely detailed limestone arched bases give way to soaring glass and masonry facades which are capped by limestone entablatures. The development is to connect directly to the airport via an elevated and enclosed walkway system. Parking is located in a six-story, onsite parking garage.

Seeking to improve building systems performance and to lessen their impact on the environment, the two buildings of the proposed six building complex are designed to achieve LEED Gold certification.
