RGB was retained by MPM Properties, a building management company, developer and contractor, to provide interior design services for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Providence Field Office. MPM provided construction build-out services for this project.

The 14,000 square foot facility included three private offices, two conference rooms, and closing, interview and training rooms, as well as a legal library and kitchenette.

To be more mindful of the environment, the project featured 100% re-use of existing lighting and doors, 52% recycled ceiling tile, low VOC paint, and green guard certified ecoworks carpet.
