First Light Resort Casino

RGB has provided Owner's Project Management services to the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe for this resort and casino anticipated to top $1 billion in investment in the Taunton area. The phased construction project will ultimately comprise a gaming destination with 4,000 gaming tables, retail and entertainment venues, hotels, numerous site infrastructure improvements, structured parking, and a water park.

RGB took on the role of owner's representative in mid-2014. Our team was entrusted with this role in part because we had previously worked with the Tribe on the Tribal Government Center. Our team, inclusive of Principal Dave DeQuattro, Owner's Representatives John Racine and Dave Greene, and additional consultants, has sought to work with the Tribe, Genting, Steelman Architects design team, and Dimeo/Penta/Talako construction management joint venture.
