RGB performed preconstruction services comprised of Project Design and Construction Document Review and Reporting for a buyer specializing in managing post-acute healthcare facilities throughout the country. RGB examined documents prior to the sale of a 56-unit, two-story, assisted living resident building project attached to an existing skilled care facility.

RGB provided a detailed review for the project design involving site; building, and fire code deficiencies, as well as civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection discipline coordination with building architectural design parameters. Energy code and exterior envelope enclosure assembly detailing were also reviewed.

A summary report covering these complex issues was provided. Concise and clear language communicated findings and recommendations.
