Courtyard by Marriott Hotel at Union Station Plaza

Built as Providence was recognized as New England's Renaissance City, RGB has designed a new downtown city landmark in the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel at Union Station Plaza.

The hotel owners are the Union Station Plaza Associates, LP. The developer was Marsella Development Corporation, and H.V. Collins Corporation was construction manager.

The seven-story, $10 million hotel accommodates 216 guests and has an 18,000 square foot plaza connecting Waterplace Park to Kennedy Plaza for pedestrian traffic. The site it complemented by a 354-car parking garage, seven pedestrian conduits, and two automobile conduits.
