Commons at Providence Station

RGB is currently designing Phase II of a two-part project. Phase I was completed in 2005 and Phase II was restarted in 2015. This project estimated at $39 million is currently in construction documents. The new, freestanding building will comprise 169 apartment units. The site is located along Canal Street in Providence adjacent to Providence Train Station and within the Capitol District.
